Ocean Vegetable Recipe
 
Cucumber
Wakame
Red Pepper Salad
Ingredients:
1/4 of 2oz. bag of wakame
4 large cucumbers, peeled and very thinly sliced
2 tsp. Herbamare or sea salt
1 large red pepper, diced
1 sm red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup raw, organic apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. organic, unrefined oil
pinch of pepper
 
1. Soak wakame for 15 minutes, in enough water to cover.
2. Sprinkle Herbanare or sea salt on cucumbers and let set for several minutes to release the juices
3. Remove "stem" and discard the soaking water from wakame.
4. Chop wakame and add to cucmbers
5. Add diced red pepper  and red onion to cucumbers and wakame
6. Toss in vinegar, oil, and pepper.

Spring Master Cleanser
 
2 Tbs fresh lemon or lime juice
1 Tbs pure maple syrup (up to 2 tbs if you want to drop less weight)
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
8 ounces spring water
Mix and drink 8-12 glasses throughout the day. Eat or drink nothing else except water, laxative herb tea, and peppermint or chamonile tea. Keep the cleanser in a glass container (not plastic) or make it fresh each time. Rinse your mouth with water after each glass to prevent the lemon juice from hurting the enamel of your teeth. Autumn Rejuvenation Ration
 
3 cups spring water
1 tbs ginger root, chopped
1-2 tbsp miso paste (do not boil)
1-2 stalks green onion, chopped
cilantro, to taste, chopped
1-2 pinches cayenne pepper
2 tsps olive oil
juice of 1/1 lemon
 
Boil water. Add ginger root. Simmer 10 minutes. Turn off burner. Stir in miso paste to taste. Then add green onion, some cilantro, cayenne, olive oil, and lemon juice. Remove and cover to steep for 10 minutes. May vary ingredient portions to satisfy flavors. Enjoy
